Honestly, the translation on this is pretty hilarious, in a so bad it's good kind of way.

Most of the game is understandable, but then you're suddenly hit with moment's like these:

No idea how the MTL went from "Go visit her" to "have an orgasm" I'm guessing the original sentences had the word "come" as in "come to her room" but even that wouldn't really make sense since she's talking to herself.

Iku means "I go"
Japanese say "go" rather than "cum" when they say they are having an orgasm

The dev had the images at the wrong resolution. I've resized the images here so they should now work. Replace the old files in the pictures folder.

This game was actually the third part of a trilogy. The black haired girl you mentioned is the protag of the first part while the girl that you can visit in the hospital is the protag in the second part (Both are doujin, not a game like this though).
