I have no image of MC on "Lust" tab when I got to Ero lvl 2 for some reason. Is there any way to fix it?

The dev had the images at the wrong resolution. I've resized the images here so they should now work. Replace the old files in the pictures folder.

This game was actually the third part of a trilogy. The black haired girl you mentioned is the protag of the first part while the girl that you can visit in the hospital is the protag in the second part (Both are doujin, not a game like this though).

always got an error "error reading application id, either write app id on steam_appid.txt or use launcher". any ideas guys?

You need to murder 'greenworks.js' in folder 'www'. I also murdered steam_appid.txt along with it. It's probably overkill, but it does the job and the games runs perfectly.
