Well if the last game of his is any indication he will not give you penalties for "fuck everything" and if things are touchy (like the Bella and Rachel balanced dialogue to get them OK with sharing) it is usually in the guides. But this is just my impression.

To be honest I think Celine is the most boring character of all. In all perspectives: Look, Story and character. I even caught myself skipping her last sex scene after the dinner date, because I noticed, it just bored me.

Don't worry about being having a large number of penile conquests, the game will support polyamorous relationships (and a harem later on). I like to play my VNs as a total manwhore myself, so I'm certainly not going to punish players for wanting to get their fingers in every pie in an erotic game.
