Click the heart icon in the top right hand corner of your game screen and you'll be able to see which ones can get pregnant. Though keep in mind that it might not happen until endgame like it did in their other game. It'll also tell you which ones you are also in a relationship with.

I think both deal with Jade. Sampling all the wares would be if the MC joined in. Shuttle cock I'm guessing is during the shuttle flight after the sample wares event but if your not on Jade's route it won't trigger. I'm not on Jade's route so I never got either of these either.

"Sampling all of the wares" is joining Jade to have a threesome (instead of just watching). "Shuttlecock" is a blowjob from Jade if you did not hand Jade over (don't do the threesome or the watching scene). Of course as mentioned above, you have to be on Jade's route.
