I believe it will likely only be used at the endings to avoid doubling the number of renders when said pregnant character is involved.

sure there will be preggos (and already had but not sired by mc) but most likely in ending/s only so perv doesn't need to do dblwork.

I spoke to Perverteer on the Discord server and he said that the game will feature pregnancy, but the focus will be mainly on the belly and the pregnancy itself, and not so much on what comes after. (Because it would be complicated both for the game's narrative, having a bunch of children roaming around the ship haha, and complicated when it's a game for over 18s.) and that the girls' pregnancy part wouldn't be as short as it was in SL , and I would like to focus a little more on TFTUV.

So, what I think will happen, probably as the story unfolds, the girls would tell the protagonist that they are pregnant (if you chose the pregnancy route) and they would go through this period having the pregnancy, because when the story is arriving at the end, show some belly. I don't think it will take long to happen, not in this next chapter, but maybe in chapter 19 or 20, probably with Aven being the first, since she was the first to comment that she was interested in having children with you.

I can't say, because I don't know. But one story that I wanted to know if there would be a continuation is that of the protagonist's mother.
