Yes, Season 2 has been rejected and banned by Steam. The decision is final and there are no appeals in the process, so I guess that's the end of the road for TFTUV on Steam.
can't say i'm surprised.

Around 2 weeks ago I saw some news about GoG giving some adult oriented games for free, just to fight Steam on this subject.
gog has to obey cc-companies too or it vanishes.

Too bad that f95 doesn't have links to GoG, only to steam, but hopefully this will change.
it can, nothing prevents that.

Can't say I'm having a great weekend so far, let alone a great summer.
Maybe now you uncensor Sisterly Lust if it will get banned eventually anyway?

Just saw the news. Gotta say this sucks ass. I would love to rant and rave about this continued assault on adult games by the immoral and two-faced owners of CC/Paypal companies, but at this point it won't help. Can only hope that in the near future people start to wake up and this archaic policy can change back to normal. Regardless, wherever you end up putting your game(s) in the future I'll definitely continue to play them.

Thanks! I'm looking at options currently. Going to submit to GOG like I planned. Patreon also allows to sell products now and I'm planning an update for my own website which will allow you to pay for a subscription (and maybe single products) in Bitcoin.

Damn that fucking sucks. It really pisses me off that steam just caved in so easily to the payment processors and the retards from collective shout. It's just opens the door for more censorship in the future.

Do you have a loophole to release season 2-3 as DLC for the first part! I've seen this method of bypassing the continuation ban more than once.

OT, but if the pressure is still the same, GoG won't be the solution either and neither is Subscribestar to Patreon (same reasons).
unfortunately that's true... but at least are more consistent. steam review it's a bad joke...

good idea, works for me because i don't have to resort to paypal when buying at GoG. there's something called Paysafecard around europe which works, and imo even offers more privacy.
however, GoG may or may not ask for censored versions, i'm not entirely sure about that process. it's with Kagura and some others, their games at GoG are censored. could be the japanese angle though, again, i'm not certain. there's always patches, right?

I looked at the first of them I found on GoG. Their "base" game is censored, but you can also download the uncensored patch directly from them with, usually, no additional cost at all - no guarantee this this patch de-censored all censored content.

That is probably a loophole, because I believe DLC are currently now reviewed. But if Steam ever finds out they'll likely ban my whole developer account. There's this paragraph in the rejection email:

This app has been banned and cannot be reused. Re-submissions of this app, even with modifications, will not be accepted.
That's of course about the reviewed app that's just been banned, but the spirit of it is pretty clear. If Steam ever finds out their ban has been circumvented I could lose my developer account and I'm not willing to risk that.

It is, just use the patch...

So, just to check, this game is continuing, just not on Steam?
Yes, it is still continuing....

Come now, you are not that naive to think this only because of "collective shout".

Oh no, I know that payment processors have been fucking with adult content and creators for a long time. I think it was bound to happen at some point, it just sucks that they didn't even try to fight it or try to find alternative payment methods for those types of games.

would get sued due breaking some telecommunication law.
....except, no?

Anyone can call anyone else for any reason, until and unless you're asked to stop. And if you're a customer of Visa and/or Mastercard (which most people in the US are, via credit or debit cards), there's absolutely no reason you wouldn't be allowed to call their customer service numbers. Complaining about their business practices, as a customer/user of their product, is completely permissible.
