One thing I'd like to see is an entry in the Codex for the prophecy, as my memory is so bad nowadays that I tend to forget precisely what it says if I haven't seen it set out during the last few game updates.

Just checked out your saves and I think I've found the problem. Ziv's dialogue in Episode 19 checks several variables in relation to Ziv, but also to Raene.
ep006_ra_comfort being False is causing Ziv to break up with you. As the variable is set during a conversation where Ziv isn't even present it shouldn't be included, so it will be removed from the conditional in the next release, allowing you to continue Ziv's romance.As a workaround you can set
ep006_ra_comfort=True using the developer console (Shift+O), just before the conversation with Ziv. After you've had the conversation, you can set it back to false again (ep006_ra_comfort=False).You can make the choice before either Raene or Ziv joins the harem, I think it would make the most sense there, instead of having the initial grand speech about free love and immediately adding all kinds of sexual caveats.
Having a configurable harem is in itself a nightmare to develop, speaking from experience developing Sisterly Lust. So also having a variable sexual partner configuration within that harem configuration would be an even greater headache, I'm afraid.
I think the missing "Close entry" option is due some of the entries having scrollbars. The singular "Planet" category with Petrarch in it is mislabeled. So both are bugs which are now on my list to fix.

That's the default for the harem. If you're on the harem path there's already girl on girl scenes albeit as part of threesome scenes

So, refresh my memory. Have all the LI's had the talk and choice to join the harem now? Have they all had the pregnancy talk? I'm guessing pregnancies won't happen until Season 3 or later, probably during the end of the game.

I know Raene hasn't, I'm pretty sure Vess hasn't.
The ones who I know for sure have are; Céline, Jade, Lilly, Aven, Nadya, and Ziv.
Eva and Thyia I know we had the pregnancy talk with, but I can't for the life of me remember if we've had the harem talk with them.

Perverteer I, and many others here, would really like to know if there will be future heavy consequences for choosing Xile's deal over Skeda's
Those choices will primarily influence how part of the third season and the end-game will play out. I'm not going to implement Japanese-style terrible endings (everybody dies a gruesome death, everybody dies a gruesome death and their corpses are used as sex-dolls, everybody lives as a human toilet in a space station, everybody lives but have to fuck pigs for the rest of eternity, etc.) There won't be a bad ending, but something more along the lines of a "grim ending" versus a "good ending", or renegade versus paragon in Mass Effect. This won't have an effect on the romances, but it does on how the story wraps up.

At least in my game, I seem I remember both of them know I'm with others, in the case of Eva even before the first time we had sex. I don't recall specifically if the idea of joining the harem was proposed or not though.
