That's what we were wanting to do the other day was to compare and just double check to absolute make sure nothing was different between versions.
But combing the files, one has censor (Steam), one doesn't Patreon. Steam obviously has achievements and some other thing like no links to Patreon/SS etc which most developers don't really like and would much rather have the Patreon/SS version posted since it points to those since they are not allowed on the Steam version.
So I've been holding off on playing this for 5+ years. Is the end anywhere in sight or is it another case of Sagrada Familia?
Technically, the Sargrada Familia has its final construction all planned out and the end is in sight, so both.

Well, we have the start of season 3 here, who, according to the plan, is the latest for this game. And according to the 5+ years for two seasons, it will be at least another 2.5+ year for this one.
But why do I do the math for you? I know, it is the zone, I should know that already.

It's disabled after you first start season 3. Just save and restart the game and it will work as before.

Not that long ago.
We recently got an update for S1 and the latest update for S2 wasn't that long ago either.
Today we got S3.
Indeed quite confusing with the other season updates recently, but I finally managed it to continue with Season 3 now.
So to continue with S3, you (should better) have to first finished S2, Episode 22.
There should be special save in the game\saves folder of the TFTUV2-0.22 game version, e.g. Season 2 2a81c5fd-f1d6-478c-a411-9d086e8ddc71-LT1.save
Copy this Season2-save over to the game\saves folder of the new TFTUV3-0.23 game version.
In the new S3 game, click Continue and there should be a menu box popup where you can select this S2 save.
So to continue with S3, you (should better) have to first finished S2, Episode 22.

It's disabled after loading your Season 2 save to prevent you from scrolling back into Season 2 content which isn't presen tin the build. Rollback should be enabled right after that. Saving and loading the save should get it back to work if it doesn't, as someone already pointed out.
Yes, Season 3 is the final season. Story will get wrapped up and several different endings are planned.
I haven't started the submission process yet, too busy with the final stuff for Episode 23. I'm going to approach GOG in the coming weeks, hoping they'll want to publish.
