There are 2 LI with a dick (a futanari and a trap), and the author confirmed sex actions between them and the other members will be possible in the future (there is none up to the end of chapter 2), but both the interactions between multiple LI and the presence of dicks other than MC in a sex scene will always be a selectable choice by the player, so you can totally prevent it if you want it.

well its all optional as are all lis and choices easy seen with wt mod, but up to you. Nothing is forced here same as it wasnt in Sisterly Lust which is still up to day one of the biggest harem trinity games.

What Ogogin was pointing out, is that there's very little of it, and the player is given the choice to completely avoid it before it happens. Seems unfortunate to skip a game where that content is so easy to avoid.
I haven't played Sisterly Lust for the same reason i'm not playing this, because this content exists there. But thanks for the answer, i can ignore in peace. Good luck and night!

There's no NTR in Sisterly Lust, and only one male character outside of the MC (who is the MC's friend and completely avoidable if you choose). The only H-scene content where he could show up, is a threesome with the MC and a girl, and I *think* a foursome with the MC present. But again, both are easily avoidable via choice.
Not to mention, Sisterly Lust one of the best non-animation AVNs I've played. It still ranks in my top 5 easily. Would be a shame to skip it.
