I think the game uses the word "servant", and you have at least one from the very beginning of the game. At least formally. Maybe that's why there's no tag, I didn't go into details.
If you're expecting heavy slavery here, there isn't any. What there is is very light.
I think you need to relax, that's all. Don't take it so seriously.
Interesting how my posts were removed for being "off topic". I wonder how evenly that rule is being applied?

I had one save when I have relationship with everyone and (as far as I remember) I always went for pregnancy options, but Lilly did not get pregnant.
For the second save I exclued the two with dicks and went Slave with Jade and Servant with Ves. On that save Eva, Lilly and Elizabeth are pregnant, but instead Arven isn't. And again I have no clue why. Perhaps something about continuing old saves with every update messed some variables?
But the point is, the 'servant' path was kinda erased in the 3rd season and they are acting as couple in love again. Unless it's just a bug that wrong scene is triggering.

But seriously, if it's a bug, the questioning at the beginning is unlikely to help — the variable may be set, but it's just not being applied in the code. All you need to do is report the errors you find (preferably with technical details rather than emotional ones) and patiently wait for them to be fixed.

It's a long time ago now for me, but if going from season 1 to season 2 is the same as going from season 2 to season 3 then (assuming you saved at the end of season 1 when it advised you to) you shouldn't go via Load - which it sounds like you're doing - but just click on Continue.

It's not a bug, it depends on your choices. If you didn't "creampie" her at the right moment in the story, then she won't get pregnant.
