That screenshot was from Chapter 17, which was released on August 5th. The full release for BG3 was August 3rd, with the early access release on October 6th, 2020.Well... Seeing as the game is older than BG3 by a bit... I guess Larian are secret admirers of this game and nabbed her likeness...

According to the dev in this post, the music is by Scott Buckley, but there isnt a dedicated playlist for this game, sorry
I'm guessing it's this month. The dev's taken their vacation and resumed work last month.
