There was no parody though. Of Twi'Leks or Star Wars in general. It was using a part of the "Hoose of Moose's" property without permission, and that hasn't worked out well for even non-profit remakes/mods of video games.Again..Parody laws come into effect. Conversation ends there really, no arguing against that law.
By making actual parodies, the most relevant and iconic of which would clearly be Spaceballs.However, if you wish to keep being pedantic about it, how the hell do you think Brooks and Zucker/Abrahams have got away with it for so long?
They aren't mainstream, and don't appear on mainstream platforms that can be freely accessed by people of all ages. On Steam, all it would need would be one user tag of "Star Wars", and it would gradually come to wider attention, including that of "The House".The million porn parody cartoons all over the net. Also, if they can't sue a porn company (which generates far more exposure and 'bed press' for the IP)...they sure as hell arent for a private individual.
