Nope. There is still a bug with the blinking eyes (minor) and one with a variable changing value on it's own (major).

The Steam page for Season 2 says the third season is the final season. Given that's as far as I've looked, is there another indication that it could be extended to a fourth season, perhaps dependent on how well it sells?

Same thing happened to me, but it doesnt seem to be adressed by the dev. (At least I didnt see it).

It's a known issue which will be fixed in the next release. There's a variable not checked properly for that scene, so it plays regardless of your relationship with Vess. It doesn't mean you'll be forced into a relationship in any future releases though, no romance flags are set during that scene.

Nothing to do with sales, once the story is complete it's complete then on to the next game.

Season 3 is down as the final season but stories sometimes get carried away by themselves so it could turn out that things don't wrap up and another season is needed As far as i'm aware, Perv already has the ending he wants in mind so I do doubt a 4th season will happen.

That being said, never say never, just don't get your hopes up.
