I loved SL, until the endin. I felt it was rushed. PL, well I lost track of it, after he changed the look of the oldest daughter.
The only problem I have with PL is the girls ages. I played it, it took some doing to get past that detail, but, as you say, it is VERY well done too.
I think with Jade, if you have the MC not treating her as property but as a person, we get to see her as really quite endearing.

This one, when I met Jade, I got hooked. I don't know why. She just made me all fuzzy. The rest of the cast, is just yumii. Yes, that possible threesome is the stuff of wet dreams.

) Look, let's make this simple, all girls (even the fake mother, as nuts as she is) are fuckable as all hell. Together or in group (yum), whatever group, they are all amazing, and the best part, guilt free (now). Would I be able to chose only one? If I HAD too, maybe. It would break me in pieces, but, it would be Jade (I think)... Rahia is just too much woman for this old pervert, for my younger self? Oh there would be no doubts.
I'd wait until the MC had saved the galaxy and move to muscle planet. The only problem i'd have would be a sore tongue from overuse.
Sisterly lust is a good game but the graphics, the models, lack of animations bring it down quite a bit for me. Maybe if i played it in 2018 instead of 2022 then I wouldve had a different outlook. Parental love is sus with the characters so ive never tried it.
Jade is the only reason I've still stuck with this. Every other character is just hollow and lifeless imo compared to SL. I'd almost go as far to say it's like two different writers.

Exactly, in my view, this story is a typical example of Space Opera. Which is a pop-culure sub-genre of Sci-Fi without... science. It can contain whatever, even magic, the only condition is the setting. It is set in space with space ships etc. This genre provides mostly pure amusement contrary to some thought material that normally can be found in more "serious" Sci-Fi.
To the end that in some episode of more "hard" science fiction series/games/whatever the science can take over the story. I remember one episode of a Star Treck series that for me it was 75% or more of science or pseudo science discuss and thus too lengthy for me.
Sounds like it might have been a later season of TNG, or even practically any of Voyager... Lots of techno-babble to sound "sciency" whilst still removed from actual "hard" sci-fi.

No, "Hard" sci-fi is something like the Expanse or The Martian and Interstellar - Strictly adhering to existing scientific principles typically physics related. In gaming, if you played the I-War games, Homeworld games and even Mass Effect outside of the "space-magic" of element zero and biotics.
