No, I know that but that's what confuses me about it. Cause there very clearly is bestiality in-game, both in writing and an entire perk dedicated to the PC getting fucked by animals X amount of times. The game already seems to violate that rule, so to avoid getting hit with the ban hammer on Patreon, Majallis would have to remove any scenes referencing/talking about bestiality.

Unless Patreon only bans artwork/visual pieces of bestiality and written stuff/text is fine?

They did say that they wanted to make another game and to not "milk ToA" for too long, but it's not at the stage where it could be "finished soon".
Give them a year or two maybe.
If memory serves, they asked a question about that not that long ago, something along the lines of "when do you think ToA will be complete".
We ask a question periodically on the survey which is "when would you like us to start working on a new game", to get a feel for people's appetite for a new game and how close they think ToA is to a "finished" state, although ToA is going to keep getting updates long after it's "finished" anyway. People always confuse the question as some kind of statement of intent, but it's just to gauge what people's expectations are. The current plan is to finish Adventure mode this year and Story mode next year, but that's mostly just a way for us to raise the priority of the Must Haves so we can get closer to a full game sooner.

I'm sure you have already considered it but I feel there is more than enough material in ToA for it to be considered close to completion.
However if you do decide to designate it complete I hope it would be as "The first chapter" to allow for as many further chapters as you may subsequently see fit.

Have faith, it's not rocket science.
Tip: in Terminal, type 'java-version' without the quotes and hit enter. It wil list the version of Java that's installed on your machine, if any.

I'll say this: When ToA will reach full release status, I do hope it will be released on steam. This will be instant buy for me. The game already is one of the best in my opinion, so I can only imagine in what masterpiece it will turn in full release status. Looking forward for updates on ToA:)

This has been on my RADAR for a bit and I wasn't sure about it, but said F it. I really want to love this game, but after you progress a bit, it breaks too often. Wasn't made with RAGS, right? The artwork and story are great, and the GUI is OK, but the mechanics balance and stability are questionable. Questionable mechanics makes it hard to make decisions, and crashing is just annoying. That all said, it's nice to see a game that's progressing in a direction other than "we revamped this side quest and ignored the main game this month".

I like the combat in this game a lot.
Are there any other games that have a similar combat system? Non-adult games included.

I cannot think of any other game (porn or not) that has such a wide selection of actions and/or such an interweaved dependency of sequentiality of actions (can only do X after Y).
It's one of the reasons I really rate ToA as a game in it's own right.

The Sierra Quest games come to mind imo. Game overs due to sillyness. Rolling a rock onto yourself in King's Quest, casting magic with no magic killing yourself Quest for Glory.

I think you could try Lewdest labyrinth, its not complex like ToA, but your actions efficience will depend on your stance and the game provides a lot of passives and actions for you to use. The graphics are simple, but good enough to have fun, in both ways :sneaky:
There are different costumes too with can affect the gameplay and some CGs, with is always cool to see.
