So basically..... you open a game and you see 100 skills available.Weapon attack with normal damage.
Improved by Strength.
Causes Light Knockdown.
Causes Light Armor Sundering.
Can be blocked, parried, evaded.
Total Defense: 50%
Costs 4 stamina, reduced by Endurance.
Costs 3 instability, reduced by Agility.
Medium-height attack.
Only usable in melee.
When you try to dive into at least what you sent...
1. There's a base damage of attack which is Strength (isn't told specifically by the way)
2. There's a bonus damage, which is different. Which can be negative.
3. There's an armor sundering, which you try to take into account (but without Sunderer perk it won't do anything). Light or Heavy, which isn't number, so you need to test it.
4. There's a knockdown which isn't specifically explained. Basically it's damage to stability. You try to take it into account, but you don't yet know what's stability.
5. Then there's total defense which consists of three different defenses. It took me months to realize how it works. I was just pouring stats into Agility thinking I get skill bonuses but then I finally realized I parry attacks. I was like, wow, it changes everything, now I can finally see why I get damaged on those skills.
6. Stamina. Losing it debuffs you. You need to learn it and test it.
7. Stability. Separate thing. Again needs testing to accomodate.
8. Height of attack. Doesn't matter much. But you have to put effort and learn about it, too. Though it does matter more now because some enemies are too high and you damage their legs.
So, 8 fucking things at once, half of it doesn't matter. But you don't have idea what does, so you jump into everything. You also have to learn mana management and skill specifics for Mage.
AND THE PROBLEM IS IT'S NOT WORTH IT, YOU DON'T USE MOST OF THE SKILLS 99% OF TIME AND YOU TEST THEM ONLY TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT BESIDES 10 EASTER EGGS FOR 40 CHARACTERS.
I know you won't listen, but I'm just saying you're wrong saying it's okay. I had to go Googling what skills to even use to play this game. If there was no guide explaining you just use four skills, gurd/attack/guard/attack, I would drop the game 100%.
