Is there a fix for the font in windowed mode? Switching around the font to Simple or Arial don't seem to fix this

I grabbed one off another site. On mobile, so slow dl speeds lol. I know you can edit stats with an XML tool so I was just curious if you could enable cheats somehow.

Neither of them are glitched or impossible to unlock. The Ghost Oral that shows up in the pervert screen is the bloodless one, so it needs the blood setting off, and Ogre Oral is acquired normally in the Ogre game over in the Ogre encounter and in the Ogre Wanderer encounter.
