Pronoun options are a polled new feature that has yet to be voted in. When it is, players will be able to play a female or non-binary protagonist. The genitals will not be changed, Majalis have made it clear there will not be a vagina option for the player (I think they only have ever said it could potentially be a game over thing, to have Hiro gain one, never a in-game customization)

I'd love for the game to ONLY have Futas, or futas and women only... then have more animations and more scenes wher the player is the one doing the domination... it would be so good...

That would probably be possible with the Fetish/Content toggle that's being polled. Maybe similar to how Liliths Throne, Lust Doll and similar games do it. But we haven't had any new info on the scope of that, so /shrug.
Tales of Androgyny fans are close to becoming on par with UT/DR fans in not reading. Just look at Evoker, they have the futa/trans tag & no male nudity tag on their H Foundry art for ToA and They/Them pronouns.
And yet, it's always a shock for people when it might be they're an NB character now.
"Nah, Majalis clearly just messed up and forgot pronouns for every single scene and post about them. They're obviously just another femboy. There's no past evidence that the Evoker OC's stories dealt with gender identity and pronouns. Now more art please, less music and MORE BLANK."
Semirelated, why doesn't ToA have an FAQ? It seems always to be the same questions and suggestions/criticisms but we never have a solid reference to cite on the creator's answers. All ToA FAQs are fan made and often outdated or just about troubleshooting.

I think it would be interesting to play a version of Hiro that starts off as a normal boy and becomes more feminine as his adventure continues, to the point that he uses makeup and starts using she/her pronouns. Instead of just starting out with a beautiful boy already wearing a skirt and already having an ass that has its own zip code. But I doubt Majalis would take the time to change so much dialogue since Hiro wearing a skirt and having a fat ass is already written into almost every encounter.

It's really interesting how this game manages to keep updating and increasing it's content in a relative stable amount of time and with animations that has a standard. We see a lot of other creators milking fans for years and launching one/two updates every semester (if they launch that much) and with less quality and quantity, but those guys are actually showing some interesting development schedule.

Okay so reading the changelogs, it looks like the 'More Breastfeeding' poll option has only lead to the Kitsune x Cait Ending getting Breas-Sucking scene(s?). So at least that mystery is solved. I still wish the New Feature Polls weren't including content focus as options to choose, if they're in the same section category as accessibility, preference and QoL options that have been trying to get in for 4+ years now.
