Is there a point to having any main stat above 10? Maybe even 11?

I got to 12 perception and I'm wondering if there are no/diminishing returns going above certain numbers besides stat checks like Stealing or combat mechanics.

10 could technically be called "soft cap", you do get benefits for raising them higher, i've never went above since it's unnecessary, especially when it's better to try to have a more balanced attributes, i'd say perception and magic you do not need to invest in that heavily (unless playing ranger or mage, even those need endurance and agility somewhat).

The usefullness of going above 10 depends on the stat.
Strength, Agility, and Magic all directly factor into damage calcs so you get better damage for relevant attacks.
Agility also affects stealing and some items require above 10 to successfully steal, and even higher to not get caught.
Perception needs 12 to get Scouting 4, but all you need Scouting 4 for is avoiding the Mimic encounter, so you can just get 10 and manually scout Artifact chests.
Endurance above 10 and Endurance 10 are basically useless and are only useful in the niche scenarios of combat encounters that can reduce them or the things that scale off them.

Thanks, thats pretty useful. I noticed I needed 12 Agility to be able to steal a charm, and steal a charm get caught, and have it stay in my inventory. I have a question about stealing as well. I understand the stealing mechanic well enough, where your agility determines how many items and the value of the items you can steal from a store. It determines if "They are watching you closely", stealing and getting caught, and stealing while getting away with it.

However the wiki seems to say it doesn't matter whether you do this in one go or if you leave and come back. Does that mean there is a "set value" for each store in any one playthrough in which you can steal a certain number of items (based on each items value) to where at some point that you cant avoid being watched/steal and get caught? This is before you steal and get caught the first time around.

As near as I can tell it works like that. Higher Agility seems to increase the "value cap" in addition to crossing thresholds to steal/steal without getting caught, but the value cap itself isn't purely based on gold value, but some formula that incorporates weight as well, which largely exists to prevent people from chugging a Cat Pot and stealing endgame gear. Which is a long way of saying higher agility means you can steal more stuff and better stuff.
I'm not sure exactly how getting caught affects the calculation, but it seems to at least partially reset the cap since without changing my Agility I could steal from the same store again after getting caught.

Where can I find all encounters in video format? I don't have the opportunity to download the game...
Pornhub, R34Videos and other such sites. But if you want to read them in pure text form, there's always the Script Text File.

The game has been in development for like nine years. And still button "begin" in main menu will delete your ironman save if you accidentally click on it instead of "continue".
Is it really that hard to store ironman saves in separate files?

I'm 100% sure that this has been brought to devs' attention multiple times, so I don't hope that they'll fix it. Just raging into the void

Still spinning some plates in the air, but we've got the Orc Oral art this week, at least! It's been a rough few weeks, but we're keepin' on. There'll be some really cool stuff soon - in fact, next up is the new werewolf stuff, some brothel madam, and the new town~
