Those performance updates are underrated across this "small" update. The game really needed those.
Both through the female goblin encounter, Trudy you'll get egged by taking the "split up with friend" and then finding the wereslut encounter and pick "Let Trudy handle her" option.
Kylira is a bit trickier but not impossible, you'll just need to encounter the healing pond elf encounter, refuse to drink the waters, find her again and you'll get the Kylira companion quest, then talk with Kylira at camp and after that find the female goblin encounter and introduce Kylira to her, then you'll need to find friendly wereslut encounter and pick the quest option with her.
Once Trudy and Kylira are egged and inseminated, just wait for a while (you can also interact and talk with them at camp for some additional scenes) and you'll get a random encounter where they'll give birth.

The update said it improved performance but it did the opposite for me, battles are unplayable for me and they freeze for minutes after each action.
Edit. I tried again and now I had no issues and it actually did feel better than before, No clue why it lagged so bad last time.

The other 3 all focus more on the sensation element than the pregnancy element, so they are superior by default for me.
