i haven't played in a while but the female route has a bunch of combat failure scenes that you won't get playing the male route. So i think the female route, though that could change if the dev wants to or has implemented similar scenes for the male route.

You need to install the patch on the first page of this thread. It was updated a short time ago. There's no new beast content in this version though, unless I missed it.
