they said they were taking a break/busy and paused the patreon last month, they did post a picture for easter though
from the last patreon post one can assume that development is paused for the moment.

New update just released on the artist’s patreon with 5 new animations and one image. Should be released on Newground soon enough. Just thought I’d let y’all know
I'm a patron so i got the update, very well done! funnily enough it ends at the same spot, they just made the puzzles to get there longer and have significantly more sex scenes (as mentioned, about 5 new animations and 1 new image)
I'd be willing to upload the update but i have no idea what the rules are with regards to that
