Exactly and "fixing" Cat is one of the main stories of the second game
Octa can get pregnant and she even laid eggs in the first volume of Tame It Side Stories Comics, but she can't take part in breeding mechanics currently because of her movement restrictions (breedable girls and nurses should have an ability to freely move around your camp/village and she can't because of her legs). But this doesn't mean we won't make pregnancy/birth mechanics for her, I just didn't came up with idea how to make it possible to breed and mix her genes with other girls yet
