Some people over in the I'm Gonna Serve You 4 thread are having similar problems. I would guess that with these VNs being a bit older that they want to be installed on C: drive. I have all my VNs installed under C:\VNs\. Try installing directly under C: or in a subfolder and then run it as administrator. That worked for me.
Tested it with this one, started fine. No 'run as admin' needed :/

Only the English release is uncensored, the original Japanese version is with mosaics.
