I saw a while back that someone was trying to recreate "The Camping Trip" in RPG Maker, but their efforts seemed to have petered out. It's a shame; a remastered version of that series would be something.

It's still in Alpha.

Only testers have it, and they have Alpha versions to get rid of bugs before we get the full version.

Theres another alpha coming and if all is done right it will be the last one. Yesterdays alpha was bug free just a few minor changes to the code and a few map improvements to be added and the polished renders hes re done. I have no time line for this as we chucked that out the window at the request of the patreon supporters

I do not think with locking the thread that the game too a hit, even with all the delays there are still many of us interested in it. Sure lots of users left but not that many i feel.
If a game story/character is well developed then people will wait to play again. Good graphics goes along way also.

As a person who got constantly suprised why game with let's be honest small amount of content (compared to other games here) got such high interest from community i sorta observed whole thread with interest (it is after all in popular games section) but i must wonder if closing whole thread didn't do more harm than good for popularity of this game? People would tire themselves after day or 2 and stopped (then again law and order is probably in interest of administration and not popularity of game they have no personal interest in). That being said i am looking forward to reboot of the game as previous version had pretty nice premise for what it offered.

I guess it depends on your forum preferences, how much you like the game and if the thread is on your watchlist or not, but even if I'm interested in how everything turns out in the end and if all this advanced praise was justified or not I kind of forgot about the thread and the game once it was locked.

Most of the time things like walkthrough or something are in the op post. If there is nothing chances are there is nothing like this.
