No recuerdo como pero yo tambien estoy seguro de haber desbloqueado todas las palabras del letrero y habia una animacion de Tear volviendo a la aldea para salir junto con su hermana y la zorrita, pero en medio del camino aparecia una mujer de cabello largo medio transparente que le decia algo y luego seguia la animacion pero no recuerdo que pasaba despues pero estoy seguro q habia una pelea al final del camino. Creo que la que se le aparecia era Yukino o la otra que sale en Colette.

What happens if you don't treat the residents?

It's been ages since I played this game, but, if I remember right, what happens is that enough residents hit their lust caps and end up gangbanging Tear forcibly. Though I think you need to rest at the clinic to trigger the event in question? I don't remember exactly...
