Like rojoracing said, alt+enter works on a lot of games, f4 on others and f11 on others. Some VN you have to go into the options, but 90% of western games those three work.
Is there any way to lower corruption even if its just an endgame thing? Also is there any penalty to corruption other than you can't get the good end?

You can lower corruption by giving Korin Fried Tofu. It lowers it by 20, and it's not an end-game thing. You get this from the start, but early on it's harder to get Fried Tofu in general. That said, I genuinely don't remember if corruption had any other downsides to it, or if passing the 60 threshold blocked you off from the good ending for good.
Just to be safe, I'd recommend never passing 60 if at all possible.
Also, I think later in the game, you could buy the tofu somewhere, so you could grind money and just perma control the corruption... but don't quote me on that. It's been ages since I played the game.
Edit: Got curious enough to boot the game and check. You can't buy Tofu, but you CAN find it in the Action Dungeons randomly. At least you can in Old Man Heaven, dunno about the others.

When I f4 the game it off-centers and than it looks scuffed as well. Anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone can explain to me how to reduce corrosion quicker than with treatment?
3 corrosion per pussy treatment means it takes ages to bring it down to be able to continue.

At Cat's Paw buy a item called Mage Incense, it lowers corrosion by 50 and cures nympho state.

Hey! Was wondering if someone could help me out with something in the game. I can't seem to find any of the job outfits (whore outfit, casino dealer outfit, etc.) I'm up to the point where I've u locked prostitution and the ability to donate to the bar, but neither of those outfits are buyable at the bar even after donation. I feel like I'm missing something very simple.
Did you already buy them? Furthermore, have you completely finished donating?
I haven't bought them yet, nothing in the inventory and when I try the job it rejects me for not meeting the requirement of the outfit.
As for donations, the next one is the 15000G tier, are the job clothes locked behind that or further?
Yep. If you do everything as you go, the money should come naturally.
