Yeah that was what I was looking for with the Noah route but what killed it for me was that it was mainly just text.

Played the game since its initial Demo launch, really enjoyed it so far, lots of work going into development and lots of promise. I can't tell you enough how excited I am to see this project grow. Jump in, the water is great

Regarding content, and this isn't a dig to this game or any other, but
Ah well. So the game itself seems to have a solid groundwork, although despite the notebook telling me to do so, I couldn't attend any classes in the college. The characters presented so far seem.. okay? It is slightly jarring that setting wise, you (the MC) go from your only family and anything you aren't wearing going up in flames, and the most immediate options following this are 'omfg I LOVE PINK, or an obvious lean towards 'feminine studies' out of 4 majors to pick from.
Yes, the protags portrait when you look in the mirror is prettier than band members, if not ladyfolk, but unless I missed it there's little mention of the mc's appearance or orientation initially (beyond being threatended by the the roomate and being called 'rough').
First thing I did is walk some doggos and get a job at the diner, not much to speak of beyond that. Curious if there will be a relationship option with the redheaded waitress, or we can eventually take up the job (waitress) as well. Again, early yet, but there hasn't been nearly enough interaction I could find to really assign any strong feelings beyond 'landlady is well meaning, but treating you like a girl, the other tenant is a selfish entitled bitch who threatens you with assault and follows it up with 'you'll just have to get used to me', and of *course* your mothers friend (the Counciler) immediately looks at you, your moms legacy, days from a devastating fire where *she died* and goes full tilt mindfuck sissy boi domme mode. '
Due to this, I'm waiting for the usual tropes to manifest, such as the landlady turning out to be the absolute worst, but who knows, it could surprise me yet. I am certainly curious how the plot and setting will take place. Nitpicks and gripes aside, creating a game is no easy thing, and I wish the devs the best of luck with their creation.

Yes, you missed it. Save your game, do a restart, and closely reread the first backstory page (the one with the pretty boy pic).
Did you trigger the final pool skinny dipping scene? Or the first time seen wearing less-than-masculine clothing scenes (at home, at work, and at the college)? Most of the special events are not hinted or listed as reminders, except for meeting the co-ed. You have to go looking for them.
There is a progression from busboy to waiter to waitress. There are quite a few different jobs planned for the game. Only two jobs and two gigs are currently coded, the rest are in the works.
You will be surprised, then, as that's not how the landlady is designed and will be written.

That's an oversight on my part when I made the submission for the game. It is a text-based game, with pics here and there to break up the walls of text and provide some visual stimulation to supplement the mental imagery of the text.
$150 with utilities and meals included!? In this economy! lol

dont wanna sound like an ass or anything, just wanna point it out: if you choose not to get TF'ed then you get no content. at the end, if i wanna play that game i gotta get TF'ed. so i am kinda forced to it. it's a bit like: here are two options, one brings you further, the other is an instant game over... why having that game over button in the first place then? you only wanna go with one option then offer only that one option or else you might give players hope over something that isnt there.
that being said, no, there are not really manny life sim porn games as "realistic" as girllife where you play as a male, most are actually with female protags. and there are barely any games out there were YOU, the player, feminize someone else (at least i didn't stumbled upon one that has it as a main fetish other than maybe tf card battle). now that would be something unique!
This actually not true. You do get content when opting to decline feminization, just a lot less than you will if you go along with the story as intended.
The only way to get no content is to be completely antisocial and avoid all interactions with NPCs and neglect to do any of the tasks expected of you. That will guarantee that you miss all of the special events. Walk the dogs every day, pay your rent, do *nothing* else (including don't go to school), and repeat until you get tired of seeing nothing happen. But if you're going to do that then why bother playing a game whose focus is TF? No one is forcing you to play the game.

So my biggest gripe with these games, I don't mind feminization, I fully embrace the femdom but...will this be gay optional? Like I don't mind the other stuff, heck I think its hot as hell, but I hate how 90% (lets be honest, more, but I'm trying to be generous when just throwing out numbers) tend to turn the guy into a massive butt slut for other guys. I can bend over backwards and do stuff for the sake of femdom, but if its just a pitstop on the way to becoming a boy toy for "real men", I kinda just want to know upfront?
edit: just to be clear, I guess I can live with force-bi to an extent and shemale/trans content is fine too, I'm really a sucker and shallow for pretty people, I'm just not into manly men showing me how manly they are by buggering my butt every other scene

I think in "friends of mine" it gives you the option to feminize your friend/sissify them, also you can opt to sissify yourself as well, but you could in theory just be a guy and transform your friend I think. There was another also, so its rare, but not like its non-existent
Like all other transformational issues in this game, gay content is optional. You can decline to become a buttslut. Or choose to only accept being pegged by women. Or choose to take it from anyone.

maybe i misswrote it a bit or i missjudged the amount of content you intend to bring into the alternative path. but do you intend on building upon this path in the future? let's say after the main route for feminization is done? whats the roadmap here? so far im a bit puzzled what the goal of it is. if the majority of the content goes to the fmeinization path and, as you said, very little only goes to the alternative path,, whasts the caviar here for those who opt for the alternative path? you intend to intertwine it in the future with the main path or give twist to it?
obviously. if you opt for going a feminization game and lets say only offer that route, its the players fault for downloading the game and nagging on the feminization content, right? my issue simply was that the infotext read a bit like: here is a feminziation path and here is an alternatrive path so you dont feel forced to play the fem part, but the alternative path is basically just an alibi path so those not going for feminization have "something". see what i mean here? again, don't wanna piss you off or something, it just crossed my thought when reading your info text. but if you do intend to do some stuff with the alternative path in the future, forget i even asked.
