This is a demo. That's how Day 1 finishes. So just checking; after he say that he cant sleep at midnight, you turn on flashlight, walk to office, open drawer to look for the passport again, see a red light, walks into the master bedroom, and end?
Really appreciate you taking the time to report this bug! Testing a 3D game is like trying to predict every possible way someone might break into a house - there's always that one window you forgot to check. These kinds of reports from players are gold for small devs like me. Consider it fixed in the next patch!I got into bathtub while crouching and can't get out. You can easily get stuck there. ;/
EDIT: Holy shit, I replayed the game, tried the closed door with magnifying glass after the dream (before finding something to open the door), pressed CTRL, lost the magnyfing glass and now I'm stuck at the door with the green button "SALIR". The cursor centers itself and I can't click the button, I can only have the cog or magnifying glass at the center. This game doesn't want me to finish it.
Totally agree with you. For the demo, it didn't make much sense to spend development time on saving/loading since it was a relatively short experience with limited choices. But now that we're moving into Day 2 with longer gameplay, puzzles, and multiple encounters, saving and loading is definitely coming.FIRST, STOP WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING AND ADD A SAVE/LOAD FEATURE. I will unsubscribe if this feature is not added within one to two updates. A save/load feature is critical in this type of game, where there is so much leg work Like I said, don't waste my time, and I'll keep giving you money. Your content seems great, but there's no way in hell I'm gonna keep retreading all this detective work.
In the demo I don't explain what the 'Resistance Points' are needed for. They're basically a way to dictate the game ending. It's not in my plans to have dialogues like in other games where if you don't choose the correct option you miss a sexual sequence. For me, these types of sequences are very expensive to make, and in a more VN-type game it might make more sense, but not in an exploration game. My intention is that players won't be affected by their dialogue choices when it comes to seeing sexual scenes. However, those choices, as I said, will affect the final outcome of the game. In fact, this is something I'm still thinking about. But it's something I'll explain in more detail on Patreon.Next, don't turn the dialogue choices into a critical aspect of the game, in the sense that if I don't pick the dialogue choices juuuuuust right and in the correct order, I won't unlock some awesome sex scene.
One of THE most annoying situations in a choice-driven game is when you get to a point where there is a super hot scene that should unfold, but--oh no!--you only have 4 lust points with a chick instead of the required 6 lust points and too low of charisma or some other crap. That sort of gameplay is just obnoxious, rather than immersive and entertaining.
Alright, this touches on something important about the game's design. We have three main female characters, plus a fourth who shows up from time to time. Here's how I've structured the sexual content: at certain points during the day, you'll notice a clock icon in the upper right corner - that's your cue that an intimate scene is available if you seek out the right character. Some encounters are more organic and happen naturally as the story unfolds, like when Ethan is searching through someone's belongings and gets caught in the act.Don't make me replay the game because I focused on one girl instead of several other hot ones. Don't make me replay the game because my dialogue choices forced me to miss several hot scenes. I want to experience everything on the first playthrough. I don't want to read through some complicated walkthrough on my third playthrough to make sure I get the dialogue choices for whatever chick.
Let me tell you that I'm a huge fan of graphic adventures, especially those from several decades ago, but I also have to acknowledge that it's a genre that can be very frustrating nowadays. Nobody wants to get stuck not knowing what to do, wandering around the house like a headless chicken. My intention with this is to keep the puzzles relatively easy to solve, and add hints in the objectives about how to complete them without giving away the complete solution. I intend for Tenebris Legion to be a game with sexual content. But a game. And that means I'm offering you a mystery story with small puzzles to solve, along the lines of what you see in the demo. Some people will find it difficult, others very easy. It's hard to please everyone. But certainly, my intention is to reduce the frustration of getting stuck to a minimum.Last (and this is more of a friendly warning), don't overdo it with the detective work. This is more of a warning, rather than a criticism--that is, I thought the detective work hit the right sweet spot in the latest version of the demo.
What do you mean by 'customization'? What aspects of the game are you thinking about customizing? That's not currently in my development plans, but we might be thinking about different things here - could you clarify what kind of customization you had in mind?will customization come in the v5 or the greater version
Thanks for your feedback! I'll try to add to the settings! Please add options for look sensitivity and to remove mouse smoothing. I play a lot of FPS and I try hard in those, it feels disgusting atm lol. Otherwise nice work, well presented so far! Very intriguing as well!
Thank you for such a detailed, clear, and intelligent response. Love everything you said, and I can tell you have a keen, shrewd eye for these games. I'll just reply to a critical topic implied from your comment where you say you're considering multiple endings. Thanks to all for your comments. I'll try to answer all the topics.
DUDE I don't give a shit about your opinion I expressed mine? What's the problem? And yes you have shitty taste congratulations. What???
First of all, considering the 2 games you have in your signature

we already knew you didn't care much about good plots. Those games' stories are fucking garbage.
Finally, if there's something that I thought 100% of the players would agree on is that this game Tenebris Legion has super hot female models.
