I mean it is a bit rough but as a start it is nice. Ilook forward to seeing more. I personally would like some art but that is just me. also I did get a chuckle out of the compressed* part.:)

Its not that people don't see the 'potential' of these AI programs, but the "You drew a picture in six hours, I recreated it in 6 minutes. Why aren't you proud of me!" mindset is anathema to them.

Its more the fact a that a person with years of experience and even higher study earned over a lifetime, who fostered and refined that skill since childhood to be their chosen lives profession can have their work be simply scanned into a database and reproduced with as much ease as a casual google search. That concept is obviously and understandably very insulting to any professional artist.

Personally, I just find it lazy
If developer doesn't have money required to hire artists for his game, or he cannot draw or even make 3d models, and in same time we have cool tech that obsoletes these problems. Why i should stop making something? Look, in fall(september i suppose?) of 2022 major breakthrough in 'transformer' models made possible to make pictures without artists. Artists also found potential in this tech. They accelerate their workflow with help of AI.

Like i said before, the most terrible thing is closed AI's like Chat-GPT. If AI is open to anybody, like 'stable diffusion' or leaked 'nai diffusion' it shouldn't considered to be evil. Most people just do not understand this yet...

By the way, imagine people who make money from patreon lying about their hardwork and just generate pictures with AI, and fix some artifacts in these pictures. Wouldn't you pissed off? Eventually everyone in artist industry will use AI to accelerate their workflow, they need just to understand and cope with it ASAP. The only people who really suffered are those who cannot afford subscribtion for AI, or don't have decent PC to self-host AI. But i doubt that will be major problem for them and it solves very easily...

It's been nice, if you create an option to add custom img system like in Strive for power and Strife of Conquest.
People create they own custom body's and portraits.
IMAO it's bursts game popularity.
Yes indeed if someone don't like images that i provide. Modders and players anytime can change that. Thanks for idea, i really think about implementing this(if it possible in Twine game).

I disagree, it'll mean more games instead of crappy devs making patreons and taking 8 years to get 5 renders in a game. You can't stop progress, embrace it or the industry will move on. One day drones will put me out of my career, and I can't wait.
Based and redpilled.

The "Royal Tentacle Abomination" passage needs a "back" link. Currently it softlocks you.

Not that my vote counts for much on its own, but feel free to use AI art if that's the way you want to go :)

For a moment I thought someone posted my game but we just used the same png file for the lust crest, haha

I didn't want to create a new one since I already put so much work into 20 versions of it. :p

Honestly I get what you're saying but I disagree completely.
I'll preface this by mentioning that I married an artist who loves my "work". (not the porn part, she's pretty prude, but she loves the images I edit. I always show her the before and after).

I did hire an artist for my game. 4 months of paying her, and I received not a single image from her (always had excuses for being late). Yet I'd always see her on steam playing games.
On top of that, it was almost daily she'd complain to me about AI art.
So after 4 months of her doing that, I gave up. I switched to AI art.
Now I can't speak for other devs, but at the very minimum I do spend effort drawing parts of my image and photoshopping. I may not be an artist but I do spend several hours sometimes a couple days editing this AI art to where it can almost be mine. Sometimes I'm taking real photos of hands / background scenery / etc and using photoshop to merge it into my AI generated image and blending it so it looks like it was always part of the image.
Sometimes I just need to draw a hand to fix the mangled ones, or a leg because it's randomly missing.
On the other hand, I think it gives people who can't afford to make games due to art more power to create stuff, even if they don't bother editing like I do.

but as for me, If this art wasn’t drawn with the blood of a newborn child, there’s nothing wrong with it.
Well fuck, there go my plans

Hey that's the ultimate goal for AI and robotics, making life easier by liberating us from the mundane tasks we have to do to earn our livings. And I eagerly await the day they invent a perfected onmi-flavored nutritional paste so I can finally hang my chefs coat and focus on learning to play an instrument... Wait, AI does that already... All right... Obviously cant do art... Voice over? Nope...
Shit, looks like all the fun hobbies are being covered by AI's already, and they haven't even made due the promises of making our lives easier yet!

What a fuckin' rip off!

Sounds to me like you got grifted from the get go, why would you even make a second recurring payment without seeing so much as a single piece back? Each commission I've paid for was negotiated 40% up front and remainder upon delivery. Permitted to being worked on openly on public stream and was within a few days time (3-4 days on average), and usually modestly priced to equate to less than a single days minimum wage's hourly rate

But your at least still picking up a pen and touching things up, which is leaps and bounds more effort than I've seen most do

That... Is a bad excuse
I'm sorry, but if I can't afford to hire someone to create assets for me I open GIMP, dust off the $25 drawing tablet I havent touched since the start of LAST decade and draw and redraw a pair of tits till I get them right.
But even if its a placeholder stick figure doodle it works just fine till you can actually have a nearly finished product ready for more refined art assets.
I shit you not, first game I made was still using sprites made in MSPaint up till the game was actually playable from start to end

I pause my game to criticize flat to the average body...
WITH NO BIG! (I ain't like BBW (not my fetish) but seriously the characterization is stuck on average...)

I'll edit this comment later when I find something interesting... or just outright cheat my (character) way to averageness into bountiful tiddies at the start of the game

Asset sizes in character creation are meant to be maxed on average size. One of the main features in the game will be asset expansion. And i must mention, players can hard limit it in options(currently not implemented). With limitation option feature i satisfy many people who like specific thickness of each body part, and those who like hyper sizes. But these features in future releases. With images of course.

I'm not sure when I noticed she was on steam all the time, but I believed her the first couple of months. The 3rd month I started to suspect she was just making excuses, but since she's a friend I've had since high school I was hesitant to confront her...Also I kinda hate confrontation with people
But she's very well known in furry communities (I don't do furries in my games though), and she makes her living off art so I didn't really expect her to flake on me.

But your at least still picking up a pen and touching things up, which is leaps and bounds more effort than I've seen most do
Yeah, I'm sure there will be plenty of games coming out with mangled fingers, a random titty in the wrong spot, etc. That might be acceptable for a porn game, considering most of the games just use stolen porn gifs / etc anyways. But I am hoping to make legit games in the future. My first goal is a metroidvania.
I might miss one or two here and there, but I would feel uncomfortable and a bit lazy if I released it without at least editing it.
I've done years of web design so I'm at least pretty familiar with Photoshop. But everything I can do in photoshop wouldn't take long for someone to learn it.

I did however finally purchase a graphics tablet which is making it A LOT easier to fix fingers, edit images, etc.
I'm currently working on adding a loincloth to an ogre that was not supposed to be naked, haha.

It has potential but is desperately in need of grammar and spelling corrections. At times it's hard to read and understand what's even going on, and it requires you to interpret the weird combination of words. I think even Google Translate would make fewer mistakes.

I definitely think it's a bad idea to upload a game when almost nothing exists yet, even just a few more days working on actual content probably would assuage a lot of early comments. Also, try to find an English writer or proofreader, as someone said earlier, it's basically a requirement for a game based in text.

As for content suggestions, I would love to see more "unaware mind-control" where the girl doesn't know she's being ravaged by tentacles. There was a really popular doujin for it and I think it's a relatively untapped market:
agree, need more content like that doujin

Interesting idea. I think about implementing something like this. Actually in my game there is Church faction which really, really don't like carnal depravity. I think add some 'nonconsent priestess corruption' feature. Really thanks for content suggestion.

By the way at this week i drop 0.1.0 with updated mechanics. Including images like pic attached below...

Bear in mind this is ai generated. Modern tentacle pics are hard to come by. Unlike some boring casual sex... (please don't look at her fingers)

Honestly, you just need someone actually decent at it to go over all your English and polish it. Art isn't really necessary, but I'm saying this as someone who is perfectly fine with text-based erotica. But this kind of spelling and grammar issues everywhere is a grave problem particularly for a text-based game.

The concept is nice, and the writing is definitely adequate. I'd look into doing a little bit to make dialogue stand out though, even if it's just coloring text.

Sup, thank you for feedback. This remaining week 0.1.0 drops out with images, new mechanics, new scene and most importantly for you, text highlighting

I love Devs who actually take feedback from their player base. It shows your passion for your game and how people will enjoy it. I can't wait to see more future updates on the game. So far of what I played of the game, it has a lot of great potential. Just keep what you are doing and keep in mind of the players. :)
