I alone didn't understand what a author did for a whole year? the voice acting is incomplete, not all the text has been voiced, only 2 scenes have been added. What is it anyway?

I am leaning toward waiting for full build. However, I may test out the alpha to see if there any known issue to report to JimJim if needed. Also Would like to see the changes

I am not sure if you read the very fine print:
"WARNING!: THIS ALPHA BUILD CONTAINS ONLY 2 NEW SEX SCENES & NO NEW STORY COMPARED TO v0.09. - ITS PURPOSE IS TO TEST THE OVERHAULED GAME SYSTEMS, GATHER PLAYER FEEDBACK & FIND BUGS. - ALPHA, BETA & PRE v0.10 SAVES WILL NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH v0.10's FULL RELEASE. - PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE \\\KNOWN ISSUES\\\ SECTION DOWN BELOW BEFORE PLAYING."
Beside, it would be well worth it for you to start from the beginning anyway.

it is worth downloading the game in this alpha or it is better to wait for the final version.
If you want to help with the bug squishing and system testing please download and play the alpha, then report any errors to Jim. If you just want to play then wait for the full update.

As much as I enjoyed this game, I no longer believe I shall live to see the completed game... I played it last like 2 or so years ago and in that time, 4-5 scenes were added and a few voice lines. I mean, the game is really good and has a lot of differing mechanics and such, but it is taking a little too long to develop...

Indeed, it is a long development process. Was hoping to get more Debra scenes and story. Oh well, just have to wait until the official beta version.

Why the devs seems so hookup on gameplay? Make porn, do not delay the porn , the gameplay is secondary here
