It's not there yet. It seems the dev initially sent a wrong version of the guide to the admin of the site, and has just sent the right one which is being processed.

Maybe tomorrow or the day after.

About a month ago some news finally came out, and he was not very far into part 5 after taking a bunch of months off after part 4. I'd imagine sometime early next year.

There appears to be an error once you hand the camera to Megan at the library. I got a black screen with a line on top of it. If you want to proceed from there, you'll have to enter the next HTML page, manually, in the address bar.

I added a whole lot of more mirrors, and removed the dead one and replaced it with another hope that is better.
