I'm confused, I know dev mentioned there's a new version on his patreon, but as for what's here - this was updated yesterday? Yet version/gameplay seems the same as from a few weeks ago?

This is Ch 1 .5 that was made available for Bronze tier a couple weeks ago on Patreon.
I'd imagine the "new" update is released now for Gold tier Patreon; Bronze is 10 days after first release of the new update.

Well Yes... Nothing new.. He actually took away some scenes... and redo some..
I think its just to play for time... DEV is a student.. Explains it all..

extract the .rar file and move "game" to the game where the .exe file resides overwrite if required .

I had some issues to fix and additional features to add before progressing further in the game. I mentioned this in the “Developer Note” section but it seems it was overlooked. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue, but it was a move aimed at the future. I will do my best to ensure that you won’t encounter this problem in future updates. Please make a playthrough from the beginning.
