Now the useless question...like @TheMagister said, 73 pages is a solid hint that people really do get off on this and if that was still in question, a bit of reading through would have confirmed it.

I am a new member so I don't know much but I thought forums like these are for giving your reviews about a game or supporting the developers and not questioning others tastes. You may like the idea of fucking your family members others may not. The same way some people like this game. So some suggestions about how the game can be improved might have been better than just spouting nonsense.

Taste is taste. I don't understand people with a foot fetish at all. You can't explain that to me. It's not to my liking, and arguments can't really change that. It's the same with big tits/ass, small tits/ass, scat, watersports, bestiality, pregnancy,...

Absolutely! This is one of the most predominant kinks guys have, as revealed by many surveys. well the attempt alone should be valued. yes trying to describe it is difficult(i like legs but don't like feet, as you also don't), but i disagree that it is impossible. and taste can change over time. i for an example, didn't like partner sharing at all, at first. i even discarded porn, that only hinted at cuck. also gangbang was too much. i went to such an extent, to dislike fanart of my favourite fiction storys, if they shiped the wrong couple, albeit the artwork was amazing.

yeah he did something different for those chapters in giving them animation so they might not be in a format that is easily extracted

lots of people have different tastes in these games this game is wildly popular because it covers a lot of bases in a satisfying way and the creator is amazing at this when you take into account his actions like listening to fans opinions or even modifying the game to be more accessible to everyone and the updates are not just like ten minutes of content they are sizable chapters this is a major reason why people keep coming back

To me this felt quite condescending or preachy, I felt like the unwritten words were "How pathetic" or "That's sick". Try putting their opinion before the question and see if it feels like a different tone. 'I don't like it, do people really get off on this?'
Although I didn't take particular offence and respect that it is not for everyone and people are free to express their opinion, I don't believe people should be judging other people's kinks when all parties are consensual. People should also remember that these are fiction and sometimes there will be elements that they don't like but are integral to the furthering of the story (not that that's the case here).
Like I said above, I wasn't particularly offended by Fruity's post, though I can see how people could be.

On further reading I wondered if it was an English as a 2nd language issue, but I'm not so sure and if that's the case, these come across to me as extremely sarcastic.
