There is both unavoidable wife sharing / NTS (netorase) and avoidable cheating wife / NTR (netorare) content available but they're not separate paths. So if you're trying to stop her from fucking other men you'll have to do a bunch of rollbacks to previous decisions to figure out what works.
Cheating/NTR (netorare) can become unavoidable if your relationship score/points with her drop ever drops low enough (need 14+ to avoid). If you try to fight against NTR the same way you do in other games - by acting super loyal towards the wife (which includes staying at home to avoid temptation) and acting protective/possessive whenever given the option you will probably get NTRd. It could qualify as true netorare if it wasn't for the unavoidable nts events and MC.
