Steam really only has a couple guidelines with adult content.
Unfortunately, their biggest one, no underage, is widely dependent on the Steam reviewer's judgement.
Most other stuff is fine.
Patreon has a book of crap Devs can get banned for. Anything hinting at non-con, anything remotely family related, including step-cest. Also, stuff released on third party, or pirate sites that have nothing to do with Patreon, can get Devs banned.
Steam is fine with all this, as long as everyone is an adult.

Are you talking about the new girls on Steam? They should look like college girls, around 19-21 years old, and I think the appearance matches their age. I know some people prefer younger-looking girls, but for my taste, it was an advantage because when I played the Patreon version, I was only interested in my 'Niece.' The students looked too young for me.
Making two versions with twice as slow updates (according to dev) sounds stupid af. I don't know why just swapping model takes so much time.
Also doing this poll on Patreon kinda stupid, biased af like asking on Facebook do you prefere Facebook or Twitter.

Jokes aside I hope he will ignore results and choose more frequent updates. Fuck Patreon and Steam version changes nothing substantial to cry about unless you are hardcore pedo fan.
Also if someone will report Patreon page for underage models and send comparasion screenshots, they will probably force dev to change Patreon version anyway.

well but Lisa model was used in his previous game Denos City as 19 old colege student) These girls looked prety much over 18 old, I think it was overcacious because he was worry about Steam too much. Now they look like 23.
If he worried about age that much, should have just changed Sarah model for one from Denos City.
In Denos City he exactly used same trope: Lisa model was virign girl who had bisexual virgin female friend who had crush for her. One with Glassess she had also big boobs. And give them colege uniform. But for some reason it seem kinda overkilled abit.

cause story is different on patreon and steam version and so are other renders not just models. that's why after announcement it's been sword of damocles hanging on top of patreon version.

Thank goodness I'm not a patreon supporter I would feel so cheated if that version is abandoned. It's like you support a dev all this time and then they say 'well I'm changing the game deal with it'

Could not agree more. The fact I've been burned in the past by other devs made me extra careful with my financial support.
In this case specifically I like the Patreon version quite a bit but hate the Steam one. The new models are horrifyingly bad. I can't play or support a version of this game in which I only like/find attractive Tris and Iris.
Even though I'm sympathetic to the dev's plight (ban hammer looming on Patreon version and wanting to sell game on Steam) I still believe the original models and story could easily have been tweaked to avoid all the issues he's facing. The new Steam version is just too goddamn awful for me to support.
