Have you made a decision already on poll results?
I still think that poll on Patreon was way too biased, if you did same poll on Steam forums everyone would choose Steam version

No, I have a great respect for my patrons so they have the two versions of the game (Steam and Patreon)

Ok, thank you very much for your answer. In that case i don't see the reason of all the fuss above. It's not the first game to have 2 parallel version due to different publication.
Wow, well I guess I will refund Steam version, because I don't want to wait for updates until next life.

It doesn't seem the update time will be that long, he was estimating about 3.5 months for both versions that really isn't a bad update time many games with only 1 version don't even update in that time.

Keep doing you bro!!! I've been behind your work since Denos city and this one IS a step up and Denos city is good IMO.. Everyone has their preferences and you try to satisfy WIDER audiences.. Personally I would like to see the steam characters used in the patreon version but that's just me.. That aside the title has been entertaining thus far and look forward eagerly to it's future development!!!

Horrible is a bit too strong; I just find the ones on Steam much more beautiful. I was never able to feel attached to the ones on Patreon because they looked too young.

not yet and even if dev scraps patreon version and devs only steam version still it wouldn't be end, just version changes and patrons and we have to restart.

I've been playing the version posted on here. I am enjoying the game a lot. I went on Steam to look the game up. So this is what Sarah and Lisa look like in the Steam version.
I think they look good. However, I much prefer the original models. But I understand why he made the change. If he continues to make two separate versions, I would have no problem supporting him on Patreon/SS. Just my opinion.
