Start to play the game. Not bad, but why I can see through Susan and see wall behind her face and head, like she is a doll without real body?
There are holes in her face, like she is fake human, just porcelain doll, who will break to pieces next moment.

Maybe the guy has never seen glasses without frames before?
I'll admit, that threw me a bit first time I saw it. Glasses are definitely rendered a bit funky here.

Buy yourself glasses and get checked by an ophthalmologist. You are as blind as a mole.

What holes? I can't see any holes... Do you mean these white bits that I've circled? If so, that is the reflection off her glasses. If you mean something else, please can you point it out clearly, as it appears you're the only one here seeing it.

Obviously he has never photographed someone wearing glasses. In general the reflections are not white, because most glasses are coated, but that would be too much for a render in a game.

Nope just a reduce in quality of 10 percentage of something, depends on the compressor.

No, just his style. He doesn't communicate much, rarely posts any previews etc. and every once in a while, seemingly out of nowhere, he drops a good sized (3-4 hot scenes plus several plot scenes) update. I'll take that over the devs posting previews of updates that never happen....
