You should take it as a compliment, people are interested in your game...would be worse if people didn't bother at all but one thing you should never do is stray away from your original goal because you cant please everyone and worst of all, you'll feel unsatisfied yourself.

You will get everywhere bad reviews because you will never be able to make everybody happy with any kind of work. Learn to give a shit on it. Only important thing is, if you like your work. And to be honest, tehre are 100 people against 1 that like your work. But the 1 guy is the one that has the feeling to write something negativ. The 100 others will not write anything. They only enjoy your work.
I am a Marketing guy and press speaker for a company. I know very well how it could be. But it is not relevant what people say. Relevant are the quiet people.
This may be an odd question but I don't know anyting about the game, so I see the virgin tag. Who are the virgins in this? I also see the incest tag and mention of a sister. Is she one of the virgins? Just curious.

But for that, you have to play the Patreon version and I believe with some patch to adjust the relationships.
I play the Steam version, and in the Steam version there’s no family relationship. And the girls are in college and over 22 years old.

The Patreon version they are also not related, but look much better. Incest is verboten on Patreon. Having them be so would require a patch, and doesn't make much sense with the story.

If I remember rightly, there's also a lesbian scene between Pamela and Elaine, who (in the patched Patreon version) are sisters.

I disagree that it doesn't make much sense in the story. I play the patched version and it makes perfect sense. I think you just get used to the version you play and it makes it difficult to see how it would go the other way. For instance, I wouldn't go so far as to say having no family relationships doesn't make sense, but I would say it makes more sense to me that some of these characters are related. The relationships are natural, and the story supports it.

The story only makes sense if they’re related. In what world would a married woman go to some random town to spend time with her male best friend and stay at his place instead of a hotel? Only if they were siblings. Not to mention other parts of the story.
I didn’t play since age I feel I missed a lot of action lol Is there sex in the 2 previous update?When I was playing it was more teasing and public nudity (the little sister in the car)

I discovered the game on another site that already included the patch. I played it that way and really enjoyed the story. When I bought the Steam version and played it without the family ties, everything lost its meaning. Still, I ended up liking the girls from the Steam version more, so that’s the one I play now. Thanks for reminding me of that scene, it made me realize I should check how the Patreon version is doing, since the Steam one will probably take a while to get updated.

I'm of the idea that the Patreon girls are the better ones, because they are the ones I know in the "roles". Just in terms of looks though, the Steam version of Sarah is really nice.
The last couple of updates had scenes with Sarah, Lisa, and Piper, plus Piper solo. There's also something with Pamela, and some stuff in the hospital with the two sisters who had been kidnapped and whose names I can't recall. Possibly something with Clarice too, and there's a good likelihood that I forgot some others as well.

Any other model changes, script changes, additional or fewer scenes? I also see that the Steam version is marked as “censored” on the OP. Does that mean there are mosaics to hide the characters' genitals?

No, it means the Ipatch does not work on the Steam version. They also may consider it censored in that the Dev had to "age up" the high school girls and change their background and setting a bit.

Ok, um... So that's why they changed the models Sarah, Lisa, and Piper to make them look more grown up, going from high school students to college students? And is Clarice still a nun, or did they change something about her?
