Does it really matter if I'm more on the bad or the good side? What I'm asking is, does being bad locks you out of relationships with any females?

As far as I'm aware it doesn't lock you out of any LI path, it just leads to different scenes sometimes (a bit like a "love or lust" variant that you often see in games).
Like user above me said. Getting the LIs doesnt matter which choice you make. But the Good path for example is focused on the more wholesome experience with LIs (true love with iris for example and Beatrix) and the bad choices point to a more MaleDom path where some of the LIs getting the D a bit more forced into their peach. If you get what i mean.
I personally try to do a balanced "path", going into a MasterSlave relationship with Sarah and Lisa, meanwhile going for a wholesome relationshipt with Beatrix and iris.

Just a bit curious, in season 1 and 2 there were certain scenes with certain characters where the game warned risk of pregnancy. My question is that will those choices impact in the future or it was just there? Any confirmation from the dev?

WTF did I miss? I get no more content available for Sarah route or Susan route it didn't specify after dropping Sarah off after Blackmailing teacher and confessing to Sarah. I get the scene where Sarah and Pamela reconcile. Sarah confesses that she loves the MC, but a bomb was dropped. She told her she had sex with MC. I am like when did that happen? Only had a bj in warehouse. I played the bad guy route corrupting Sarah.

Restarted the game 2-3 times also aftter saving here again i opened a new game still same spanish language. Can someone help me make it English.

Go into options or Prefences there should be the option for English
