This is what I found.
- You have to hold the mouse button down until you reach the number. It will make a buzzing sound.
- If you release before, it will reset.
- Direction does not matter. So turn whichever way is closest.

It's not, it's flagging the site, all download sites have been flagged at one point in time for spreading malware from user uploaded content, the files are fine or they would not be in the OP.

Plus, they came from the source.
