That's wrong, since 0.4.5b was released last year, which only fixes a couple of bugs and a couple of scenes with the mail girl. The last real update was a long time ago last year.

Wrong. This seems like a common misconception. Steam has no issue with incest, bestiality or corruption. It is Patreon who is against that.
Steam doesn't allow IRL porn and anything that looks underage in a sexual context. That's also why they have no issue with college, but high school and below is no bueno.
