Yes and no. Atleast we have action with almost everyone now unlike other games. Still 7 years it just unjustifiable amount of time for the amount of content.

For me bought items from store disappear when you travel directly to your home ( 0.4.6.1 ) (starting new game)
Workaround : buy, travel to post office then back home.
