Friends, I haven't abandoned it. What's happening is that I'm developing the game more slowly. I'm also looking for a job so that I can continue developing it. I already have part of the game's story, and I've even modified some of the code. As I said, I'm working on it slowly. I don't know how many months it will take me to release the next update, but I've been working on it since November of last year.
perhaps "on hold" instead of "abandoned" as a tag is more appropriate: abandoned is for games that the author has no intention of completing, you're at least trying to complete it at some point but have IRL things to deal with first
The forum has a rule of "18 months = abandoned, no matter the devs statements". This and other things (including "on hold has a limit of 6 months") as specified on the "
3. Prefixes" section of "
Game Uploading Rules [2024-02-29]". But don't worry, since it will probably come back as soon as the dev update something.
Maybe the IRL problems, and also the lack of Patreon and alike, could include the game on the "special circumstances or scenarios on a case-by-case basis", but I don't know...
Either way, I never tested this game and it doesn't really attract me, but I find it funny that a game with this title and this studio's name resulted in the abandoned tag. If I was the dev, I'd strongly consider to, in the future, finish anything else in the game but left something unfinished just to win the "abandoned" tag. Still, on a serious note, I'd like to remember of the dev to take care of themselves and all, since literal suicide is rarely cool.
