You need to decompile archive.rpa with UnRen-forall.bat. Once you have done this, you will find the images folder.

Love this game! Trying to get v0.7, but the download options are... sus. Would really appreciate if the dev included Mega, workupload, or gofile options.

VikingFile is absolutely fine, and PixelDrain too (unless the download is over 6gb, which this isn't). And it's the uploaders you want to ask, not the dev.
The dev includes Mega and Gofile, he even do a compressed version.
As TonyMurray says, here, it's not in the hands of Partedes.

The developer put a few choices into the game that are unrealistic for Samantha this early in the game. She isn't corrupted enough to take that big of a step yet. Should be soon, though. Especially if her cherry gets popped in the next episode.
The game is exciting as long as she's a virgin. If she loses it, it becomes less interesting. You want to lose her virginity too quickly. In the first five issues, she didn't want to or do anything. Not to mention that she's going to be raped...

There are a lot of other things that can happen to Samantha, and with a lot of other people. Besides, she is not the only girl in the game.
If you lose interest, however, feel free to stop playing.
The problem is that the developer is being forced into this. I don't think he really wants to do this, but unfortunately there's nothing he can do about it.
Partedes doesn’t like rape; he’s stated it previously, so he’ll never add something like that. The choices of her first time are simply shitter than others, but her virginity won’t be explicitly taken against her will or consent.
Also, it was going to happen anyway. The entire plot is holding back because Sam is still “pure” in some regards, so she isn’t as corrupt as one might think. This update will open the floodgates for all kinds of future H-content with her, where the characters escalate things far beyond her limits.
I’m guessing you have no idea who Partedes is... so you’ll realise it after this update.
does the dad not have a route yet? in the hotel scene, the option is there but doesnt actually go throughwith it so im forced to click the top option..
