Talk to the guard near the stairs. You have to bribe the jailor with 3000 gold to get the key and interrogate prisoners.

Updated original files with Word wrap script as some of the text flowed off the screen. Other then that full credit goes to the translators above. Be sure to give them some love. Edited MTL or not they worked hard on this.

You have to get a higher rank. During the day, to rank up, you may have to bribe your superior officer.
