if you really need it, you can do it on your PC and transfer it to your phone, OR download Winlator (as I did), create the most standard container and run the patcher (roughly speaking, as far as I remember, it just replaces files, so any normal phone can do it), the main thing is to unpack everything and not run it from a zip.
Mad Island and another game they made that I won't bother mentioning because it's banned from here.

that and it's a typical hentai brothel management game, so you can't really have active sex scenes, only some dedicated with unique npcs
You can move any generated character to your home too same as this game though. And the girls in this game are pimped out from the prison. It's pretty close.

Strong preference for something with pov anims and rape. 2Horn and Oniga are prob my faves aside from this. Just waitin on Honey Village to get some more content on that front.

It basically goes like this: The prisoner has to be broken and then be fed the "Pregnancy Drug". After that all you gotta do is cum inside her and sleep. For the next few days her stomach will expand and then it goes back to normal and this process can be repeated. That's the extend of the mechanic.
