Just gonna add to the ones listed above while also including the hyperlinks. I have not included text based games, with some notable exceptions, and I only include games that have the option to play as a male protagonist (personal preference). If anyone has any new additions, reply to the thread and I'll add it (excluding text based, unless it has some sort of built in randomized animations like BDCC). Games on the waitlist are lacking something specific that may or may not eventually be implemented.

TLDR TOP 3
Yeah that's a lot of games. Didn't expect the list to become this long. If you just stumbled upon this list it might be a bit overwhelming, so here's my top 3 (not including modded games, because modding isn't super intuitive for everyone). There are some games on here that are probably better as literal "games" then these three, but I'm putting a greater emphasis on the randomized girl mechanic and how the game implements it.
Monster Black Market - Just so happens to be the best brothel game I've played too. This game offers a good amount of randomization, solid typical brothel gameplay with little nuances, and a self-insert mechanic that is just the cherry on top.
Mad Island - Great survival game with surprisingly deep crafting and amazing capture+enslavement mechanic for island locals. Only thing holding this one back is the lack of sex animations, a solid translation (MTL currently), and a proper guide (you'll have no clue how to craft some things without the discord currently). Though, I foresee these issues all being fixed by the time the game is finalized.
Two Horns - Living In the Town With Ogres - Solid beat 'em up with nice little sidequests and a capture mechanic for the randomized girls. The only reason I didn't rate this game as a "Great" on my list is because I have a personal gripe with the way the creator paywalls things, has nothing to do with the gameplay.
