Could someone give me an a-okay if it works? Otherwise I need to check it. It works fine for me after all but then again its a very old installation I found on an old harddrive, so it could be newer systems cant run it.

Are you using Japanese Locale? My locale is set to Japanese constantly, so I dont know if an English locale might interfere.
