Put attached file in "game" directory for Russian language (I know that here are some people who would want it). This is for dlc version (probably older version of modified options.rpy will work as well - but I made it anew from game's latest version files just in case of possible compatibility issues).

Ship: neutral, mercenary route
Wine: cruel, Lich route
Saint: good, hero route

The choices are pretty obvious, whichever has the most points defines the end you get (three different endings). When you achieve all three endings you get an extra scene (non-sexual, more of an epilogue). The story itself is pretty set, your decisions don't unlock major new routes with the exception if you help Sparrow or not. One tip for the arrests: one arrest is impossible, don't bother too long with it (jester).

and then paste "Persistent" also in two folders

I found this:

Stand your ground (Good Ending, only if you completed the Lena and Bella Quest-line)

Haven't tried it yet, so I'll report to you if I can make it

Edit: Even though I did the quest, it didn't give me the option, so in the console I set "joinbellaandlena to = True" and it gave me the option
